Grey Barn Antiques and Collectibles of Andover is looking for vendors. We have a few bookcases opening up soon. Once in Grey Barn, when booths become available, we offer them in-house first.

Whether you are looking to sell in multiple-locations as many dealers often do, add a brick-and-mortar location to supplement your online business such as eBay or etsy or just always wanted to try a new adventure, Grey Barn welcomes novices to pros. Just a few things to know when considering Grey Barn for a place to sell your wares:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

  • Bookcases start at $45 a month. Booths are $140-$220.

  • We start you with a 3 month lease and if both parties concur, the lease is renewed for a year.

  • Grey Barn is open all year round Wednesday-Sunday and Monday holidays.

  • Grey Barn is climate-controlled.

  • Grey Barn collects 5% commission on all sales and 4% on credit card sales.

  • Grey Barn collects and remits the state sales tax so a tax ID is not required.

  • Grey Barn distributes and remits 1099’s for sales over $600 in a calendar year.

  • Monthly sales checks with a detailed print-out provided by the 7th of each month.

  • No floor time is required.

What do we require of our vendors?

  • A small commitment of time – we require our vendors come in at least twice a month to work on their space.

  • Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month.

  • Continued allocation of items to sell or a very deep inventory to keep your space fully stocked.

  • 80% of your inventory to sell must be vintage (25 + years old).
